Here's the secret ... it's actually a culturally conditioned behavior. 50 years ago emotional overeating just wasn't a problem, that's before advertising and food marketing taught us all to associate food with things like comfort, relaxation, excitement, indulgence and escape. 

Good news - when it comes to behavior, what's conditioned can be unconditioned with practice.

Dieting doesn't work because it only changes what you are eating without changing why. As soon as you quit the diet, the urge to overeat is still there and the weight goes right back on. 

I teach simple methods that rewire your brain so you can finally stop feeling out of control around food. You can create a healthy way of eating that leaves you without hunger or cravings that you can use for life.

What is it? 
  • I work with you one on one weekly in coaching sessions on zoom at a time that suits you. 
  • Online weekday accountability is available via text or voice in a private space for you to get accountability and coaching support between sessions. 
  • Each week we cover key concepts in understanding your emotional overeating so that you have the tools to put it behind you for good. 
What do we cover?
  • How to believe change is possible even if you have failed many times before and the importance of creating belief to success.
  • How to create your own way of eating that you can stick to for good so you can finally stop overeating and dieting. 
  • Understanding why you overeat and the specific factors that drive emotional overeating and how to overcome them. This is not a one size fits all program but is customized to your personal emotional overeating challenges. 
  • Through this program you will gain a deep awareness around your emotional eating that will give you the tools to manage urges to overeat without acting on them.
