In fact most people struggle with at least some aspects of  changing their behaviour or how they thing about themselves. 

How do I know this? I've coached people over the past 5 years to help them get out of ruts and make lasting changes in their lives, their health and most importantly how they think about themselves. 

We don't need to 

We're programmed by literally thousands of ads a day to see food as more than it was ever supposed to be.  These create over-desire for food.

The solution is completely different to anything you've been told.

You can finally have freedom from cravings and urges to overeat but you need to rewire your brain instead of just white-knuckling it through yet another diet.

This is the process I use to help my clients finally find freedom from emotional overeating using cognitive and behavioral approaches.
  • Be able to stop night time snacking. 
  • Have the super power to stop at 'just one'.
  • Learn to follow any food plan you want  because you know how to handle 'change back' attacks or binges.

I know because I have done this work myself and put a life of emotional overeating behind me and now spend my time helping other people just like you break free from emotional overeating.

You can rewire your brain so you don't even have the urge to emotionally overeat ... and start living a live you love.
